FAQ's

Why do we charge 20% advance order money on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

We take a 20% advance payment on COD orders to reduce the risk of Return to Origin (RTO) and to avoid fake orders. This advance amount ensures that the customer is serious about their purchase, which reduces the likelihood of order cancellations or refusals at the time of delivery. It helps us minimize losses from unclaimed packages and makes it easier to filter out fraudulent orders, making the process more efficient for both us and genuine buyers. This advance amount will be adjusted in the final amount, meaning it will be added to the total cost of the order.

Courier prices can only be determined after weighing the ordered items, as the cost depends on the weight and sometimes the dimensions of the package. Since customers can add different items to their order, each with varying weights and sizes, it’s not possible to calculate the exact shipping cost until the order is finalized and ready to be shipped.
